NORTHWEST CENTER, BAKERSFIELD COLLEGE
PPV acquires 225 acres for the future Northwest Center for Bakersfield College.
Sixty acres of the property will be dedicated to core campus facilities. The remaining 165 acres will be master planned as a campus-centered community and will include a broad range of housing, community retail and services, regional recreation and community facilities. The non-campus property will be sold to developers upon completion of the Specific Plan currently being processed with Kern County.
SOUTH BAKERSFIELD CENTER
PPV assisted in the acquisition of 120 acres for the South Bakersfield Center in Bakersfield College.
The property, located at an interchange on Interstate 99, will be integrated into a 1200-acre master-planned campus-centered community.
