Project Experience

Huntington Memorial Hospital (HMH) Biotech Corridor Specific Plan (Pasadena, CA) – formation of an Asset Management Plan, ongoing project management, and advisory services.

UC Davis Medical Center Medical Hotel (Sacramento, CA) – feasibility study for the development of a private hotel and conference center on the UC Davis Medical Campus.

Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center (Downey, CA) – creation of a disposition and development plan for the 200 acre medical campus.

Agnews Development Center Reuse (San Jose & Santa Clara, CA) – preparation of a Preliminary Strategic Assessment (PSA) for the State of California’s 14 Mental Health Centers.

Kaiser Permanente Downey Medical Center (Downey, CA) – negotiation of the terms and conditions for the sale and development of the 30-acre site.
