- Chaffey College Chino- PPV facilitated Chaffey’s negotiations with the State of California regarding the development of an innovative campus-centered community known as College Park on 100 acres of donated land converted from the PPV-negotiated sale of the Chino Mens’ Institution property.
- CSU Channel Islands-PPV conducted land use development planning for the State of California regarding the disposition of the Camarillo Developmental Facility, and subsequently prepared a master development plan of the highly successful conversion of the hospital to CSU Channel Islands.
- Gavilan College-With PPV’s help, a former 37-acre golf course will become a residential community featuring student apartments, faculty and staff housing, and a 300-unit active senior student community for Gavilan College near San Jose, California.
- NASA Downey Landing-PPV Principal David Rodriguez created significant value for the City of Downey via the development of this 160-acre former NASA facility into a 30-acre Kaiser Medical Center, a 34-acre retail center, a 75-acre movie studio, a 13-acre community park and a science learning center.
- State of California-PPV served as lead program manager to reposition and dispose of several highly valuable properties, the sale of which generated over $40 million in revenue for the state.
