PPV is pioneering a new paradigm for institutional real estate transactions to create value and support institutional mission. Our approach to asset development and campus planning integrates several key concepts:
- Mission-Relevance: In everything we do, relevance to our mission comes first. We only recommend a course of action if it supports the college’s mission and/or moves the mission forward.
- Partner-Advocacy: As a fiduciary of our client, we have no ties with third party developers, operators, or financing institutions that may be selected to develop projects on behalf of our client. PPV is the client’s partner-advocate — aligned in mission, interests, and effort.
- Phased-In, Incremental, Transparent Process: Our phased overall approach ensures that our client stays in control of decisions made at each stage of the process, retaining the right to approve, significantly modify or terminate further effort on the project.
- Team Collaboration: We collaborate closely with our clients, client leadership and consultant teams to ensure the highest level of information sharing and project intelligence throughout the project.
- Stakeholder Engagement: At appropriate points along the way, we engage with client and community stakeholders-to include public officials-to note their concerns and to provide information regarding the program, project options and the road ahead.
